So I did get a few things while on our little adventure. And managed to take pictures of them yesterday in between organizing my craft room and going crazy.
Some cool jars (even though I said I wasn't going to get any jars, these were just too cool), a globe bank, a set of Pyrex with one lid missing (I have zero tupperware in my house, which justifies the Pyrex), and a flower pin from this funky vintage clothing store. On Thursday my mom and I went to Washington Square to shop for her new job and I picked up this awesome wrap/sweater thing at Janeville (right now it's the one on the left on the home page). The pin looks so awesome holding it together. And I am going to live in that blanket like sweater all winter, so a good investment I say. While my mom and I were shopping I saw this Tumi duffel I thought would be perfect for Bj and I's trip coming up. But at $225 there was no way I was getting it, enter my Sears bag:
For $24, I couldn't say no. It's so perfect, and hey it's green, and retro, and cool! I also picked up this cute vintage sweater at the clothing place:
Say awe with me now! It's a Locoste, so cute and soft, and machine washable. So there you have it, not bad I say. Sciarrino only got a few things, but one of them was this awesome "fuck drugs" button. It's so perfect for her, I'll have to get a picture of her with it later.
